Had to downgrade back to Virtual Box 3.18 to get past the black screen and reboots

I updated to VirtualBox 3.2 but could not get my virtual computer to login without reverting to safe mode. I looked for the upgrade because my virtual window was constantly showing black areas until I moused over them to force them to re-draw. Version 3.2 was even worse. I reverted back to 3.18 and at least I can use the computer now.
